Landsborough Art, Community and Heritage Precinct

Brecknock Consulting were cultural planning advisors to the PLACE landscape design team developing a precinct Master Plan for the historic hinterland township of Landsborough. The intent of the Master Plan was to establish a vision and strategic direction for the precinct which comprises Council and community owned and managed land located to the south of the Landsborough town centre. Critically the strategic and well-informed development of the Landsborough Art, Community & Heritage Precinct was acknowledged as an opportunity to establish a self-sustaining precinct that could integrate arts, heritage and community related uses. The project involved site analysis, vision workshops and community consultation.
